Mary Gano is an award-winning supplier diversity professional who advocates for the inclusion of diverse suppliers. With several years of being a supplier diversity advocate, she has a proven record of successfully promoting supplier diversity initiatives, fostering relationships with diverse suppliers, and driving business growth through inclusive procurement practices. She has a strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles, supplier qualification processes and procurement strategies. Mary is also a certified Project Manager who has led cross-functional projects upwards of $2M and has been recognized for her project and program management leadership.
